Luton Airport
By grumpybloke

This is a grump for those of you who use Luton airport early in the morning in the high season. It takes nearly 30 mins to travel around half a mile into the airport between 5.30am and 7.30am in the morning. Whoever designed the appproach should be made to take this journey every day to see how people suffer. Many get out of cars and try to walk yet if you do that beyond a certain point the driver is fined £80!

Its ridiculous! When you finally arrive there is a long walk part of which is uncovered from the drop off point to the airport so if it is raining or snowing it is a disaster. Its bad enough for able bodied people but if you are unfortunate to not be able bodied then it is a real struggle .

Can someone please do something . It seems it is simply a money grabbing process with no thought for the comfort or safety of passengers. Why should we have to pay to drop off people anyway?
