Police in Fujian Province have been forced to apologise following outrage at the content of a job advert. It stated

“wanted ,a good looking female taller than 1.58m with a degree in Chinese or journalism and at least two years experience as a secretary . Job is to work as a washer and press officer for the Station for no less than three years.”

the explanation was that the requirements had been set so high because the bureau needed to fill two jobs but could only afford to hire one person.

Hou Ping, a graduate from Shandong University said ” if the wages were higher, the job would not be so bad” Sounds a bit wishy washy to me!!!
