I know that deli. The restaurant in the pub next door is great, too.
There is a great new little deli in a village called Brookmans Park in Herts. It is run by a guy who lives in Stoke Newington. On sundays he brings in bagels and all the trimmings, smoked salmon, chopped herring etc which he picks up in Brick Lane on the way. His little shop is full of great cheeses and other deli stuff and he loves a good chat.
